Environmental Consulting

Founded in 2021 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Kayser & Co Limited is a clean tech company that aims to provide solutions to problems of urban environments to reduce humanity's negative impact on Planet Earth.

To that end, we provide consultancy, studies and research in green building and environmental services, with a focus on improving the urban environment.

We look at projects through a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding the existing spatial or sociological urban problems at hand and provide strategic and/or specific advice on policy, planning, design, and implementation of the built and natural environment. With our wide network of subject matter experts, we can provide specialist solutions for specific issues or complete turn-key solutions.

We provide advisory services in green building and environmental services, with a focus on improving the urban environment. We work on the development of technologies that can benefit billions of people and help reduce the causes of climate change while creating a more just world.

Sustainable Cities

we provide peer review services for diverse urban space typologies in terms of design, build and O&M, covering everything from play- and sports grounds to beaches and golf courses, to streets and plazas to the public realm of entire neighborhoods, with a particular focus on Xeriscape principles.

Affordable Housing

we provide advisory services for setting up off-site facilities for modular housing products, through which houses can be manufactured on the assembly line. With this, we are pushing the limits of the construction industry by revolutionizing the market and process for building & buying homes.

Water Conservation

irrigation is responsible for the largest share of water consumption. We provide advice to citizens and businesses to save irrigation water by applying best practice and technologies. Reducing water wastage while ensuring that each plant asset gets exactly the quantity of water it needs, and not more.
